VIA-Controller

The Orico USB3.0 hub with four type-A ports is equipped with a mini processor. This is also referred to as a VIA controller or VIA chip. The VL815 chip ensures that the ports are not overloaded during use. Partly as a result of this, the hub will function optimally and achieve high transfer speeds. Because of this and the USB3.0 technology, the modern hub with four type-A ports can achieve transfer speeds of up to 5Gbps.
